The program includes five Plenary Lectures delivered by Prof. A. Inoue (President, Tohoku University, Japan), Prof. T. Ohmi (Tohoku I\University, Japan), Prof. T. Kobayashi (Chubu University, Japan), Prof. Jean-Francois Joanny ( University of Paris 6, France) and Dr. R. Rosensweig (United States of America). All Plenary@Lectures are made OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

Oral presentations will be in the conventional format of a 12-minute talk followed by a 3-minute discussion period. Oral presentations are to be made using an LCD projector connected to the conference laptop or authorfs laptop. No alternative presentation facilities will be provided. Authors are advised to bring the back-up file in a USB flash memory.
Only standard PC-style video graphic array (VGA) connections to the LCD projector will be supplied. Presenting authors must supply any adaptor required for their computer.
Presenting authors should "check in" with the session chairman at least five minutes before the scheduled start of the session. Session chairman have the responsibility of reporting "no shows" to the Publication and Editorial Committee. No-show papers will not be published in either e-journal or JMMM

The poster panel is of 2000 mm height and 900 mm width. You can use all area for poster presentation. But A0 or A1 sheet are recommended.
Pins to post posters will be supplied on site. Please mount your poster 1 hour before every poster session. Please remove your poster after the poster session by yourself.
There will be Best Poster Awards in the conference. All poster sessions presented at the conference will be eligible for the award provided that (a) they are on display at the conference, and (b) presented in person during each poster session. The selection committee will select the best three (3) presented posters from each poster session. The winners and awards will be announced at the closing ceremony on August 5.
