Communications

Deadline of Abstract Submission:
10 April, 2025

Posters will be presented around the lecture room, where you may put on your poster after the evening of 18 May. A poster session will be held on Monday evening (19 May). Beverages and snacks will be served to help the discussions to start and make this session a nice and friendly scientific event of the symposium.

Registered attendees of the FJS 2025 meeting will have the opportunity to participate, describing their research with scientific posters.

Poster Size: A0.

Please download the Abstract Template below and submit abstract via on-line submission system.

During the symposium, prizes will be awarded to the two best posters presented by students or postdoctoral researchers.
Applicants of the best poster award are required to give a short presentation (please see below for details).

  1. An applicant must:
  2. be a Post-doctoral Researcher, Graduate Student or Undergraduate student.
  3. select "Best Poster Award" and "Short Presentation" when you submit your abstract.

Short presentation will be held just before the poster session.
The slots of short presentation are opened to all applicants regardless of their position or status (academic/industry/student). However, if the number of applicants exceeds the available slots, early-career researchers will be given priority.
