Call for Papers

Please note that the IMPRES2025 will be held on-site only in Sendai, Japan.

Call for Papers (abstract submission): November 27, 2024 - March 20, 2025

We request all authors (oral or poster sessions) to submit abstract (2 pages of A4 size) through the submission system by the above deadline.

* Selection of the papers and the type of presentation will be made by the Organizing Committee based on the abstract.

** Notice of the acceptance and the type of presentation will be sent to the corresponding author by middle of May 2025.

*** Time for each oral presentation, and the size of the poster boards will be noticed after acceptance.

Student Best Poster Award

An applicant must:

  • ・be undergraduate or graduate student (except for adult graduate student) as of Oct. 30, 2025
  • ・be a presenter of poster presentation
  • ・be pre-registered for the Conference and complete the payment of registration fee during the early registration
  • ・obtain a visa for entering Japan prior to the Conference, if necessary

Abstract Submission Procedures

The presenting authors must submit abstract by themselves.

Applicants registering for the first time are requested to make a new account entering their personal information first.

Read and follow the instructions and fill in the required fields.

The items you are required to fill in are as follows:

  • Presenting author's personal information
  • Name of authors (no more than 15 authors), affiliated institutions (no more than 15 institutions)
  • Type of presentation (Oral/Poster/Either)
  • Application for Student Best Poster Award
  • Title of presentation (should be under 200 characters)
  • Abstract body
    - Please use the abstract template below (2 pages of A4 size).
    - The abstract must be in English.
    - Upload your abstract as a pdf file through the submission system.
    - Your abstract may include tables, figures and references.
    - It must contain clearly the objective of the work, results and a brief conclusion.
  • Category
    The authors must select ONE choice of the field in which the paper is to be accommodated.

    You can set your own key words at least 1 up to maximum of 3.

After finishing abstract submission, you will receive "notification message" to your registered e-mail address (ID) for confirmation. If you do not receive such an e-mail within 24 hours, please contact the Conference Management Office.impres2025@senkyo.co.jp

Modify and update your abstract

  • ・You can change/modify your abstract until the deadline of abstract submission by logging in to the Abstract Submission page.
  • ・After the deadline of the abstract submission, no modifications, changes, or additions whatsoever to the abstract body, authors (either first author or co-authors), or affiliations are permitted.

Please take a great care to ensure that no mistakes are made prior to your submission.

Notification of acceptance

The final decision of the acceptance / rejection of the submitted abstracts will be made by the Organizing Committee. Either notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent to each presenter by e-mail at the middle of May 2025.

Program & Abstract (PDF)

A PDF file of Program & Abstract (PDF) will be distributed prior to the conference date.

Personal Information Protection

Registered personal information will be used only for the conference.
The information is protected and securely saved with necessary security.

Presenting authors must submit their abstracts by themselves.
